About GRAPP
The Group for Research and Analysis of Public Policies (GRAPP) is a independent think tank the vocation of which is to promote the reflection and the exchange of ideas on issues societal, economic and technological. It aims to produce rigorous analysis and to make concrete recommendations to the destination decision-makers in the public, private and populations.
Based on a multidisciplinary approach and a diverse expertisethe GRAPP actively contributes to the improvement of public policies and development of the country.
The GRAPP is formed in non-profit, and apoliticalin accordance with the legislative and regulatory provisions in force in Senegal. He works as an independent think tank and acts as a platform analysis and proposalsin order to improve public policy and to contribute to the social and economic progress of the country.
The GRAPP plays a active role in the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects. He assists public and private institutions in providing them with a technical supportbased on proven methodologies and rigorous studies.
Through his commitment, it contributes to the implementation of effective public policies, consistent, and adapted to local realities.
Main objective
The GRAPP has the main goal of actively participate in the socio-economic development of the Senegalby mobilizing and enhancing the expertise of its members.
It strives to meet the real needs of the Nation through an analytic approach and constructive.

Our missions
In order to inform the public debate and inform decision-making, the GRAPP deploys a wide range of activities geared towards the research, communication, citizenship education and the popularization of science.
Our missions revolve around the following axes :
📊 Produce analysis reports on current topics related to the issues of social, economic, environmental and technological ;
đź’ˇ Publish content on a regular basis accessible the general public, in French and local languages, to strengthen the inclusion of citizen ;
📺 Participate in television and radioin order to provide an analytical reading of the highlights and public policy ;
🗞️ Intervene in the stands journalisticto defend informed positions, and feed the national debate ;
🎙️ Produce podcasts specialtyled by experts in various fields such as :

The Group Reflection and Analysis of Public Policies (GRAPP) based on an organization collaborative and structured thinking to ensure efficiency, transparency, and the impact of its actions.
The team is based around a Executive committee, of specialized committees and secretariats, each playing a strategic role in the overall functioning of the think tank.
